Colt Allen Bird Obituary (1991

COLT ALLEN BIRD, age 20, passed away suddenly November 22, 2011, the result of a tragic accident. Graduated from Whitehall Yearling High School, class of 2010. He was a hard core Buckeye fan, a gentle giant who was kind, considerate, funny, and generous. He will be deeply missed and forever loved. Survived by mother, Lisa Helton; father, Brian Bird; dad, Richard E. Gunderson; brother, Zachary Bird; sister, Paige Chester; other siblings, Timothy Gunderson, Jamison Gunderson, Victoria Gunderson, and Robert Russ; grandparents, Judy Helton, Dean Helton, Gary and Shirley Bird, Robert Emmers; great-grandparents, Ellie and Olin Bird, and Pat Helton; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and many, many dear friends. Visitation with the family will be held 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday, December 1, 2011 at the COOK & SON - PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., where the evening will conclude with a sharing of memories. In honor of Colt's memory, please wear red -- his favorite color.
