DOUGLAS WILLIAM GLITT, JR., age 61, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024 at O.S.U. Wexner Medical Center. He was a great fan of NASCAR, the Detroit Lions, the University of Michigan, and a devout fisherman. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Stewart Glitt, mother Marjorie Glitt Prater, father Douglas W. Glitt Sr., step-father Sam Prater, brother Jerry Glitt, and grandparents, aunts and uncles. Survived by best friends, Lenny Weidner and Chris Taylor; uncle and aunt, George and Peg Bush; aunt, Bonnie Beinecke; uncle, Michael Bush. Visitation will be held 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Friday, November 15, at COOK & SON- PALLAY FUNERAL HOME, 1631 Parsons Ave., where the afternoon will conclude with a sharing of memories and tributes.
