It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Janice Shortridge, a beloved mother, nurturer of nature, and an extraordinary friend. Born on July 20, 1960, in Portsmouth, OH, Janice lived a life full of passion, determination, and endless love for those around her. Her departure from us on October 13, 2026, leaves a void that can never be filled
Janice married Lloyd Noss 1986. The two were each other’s lifelong companions. They built a life together & ran a company J&L Tree service for decades.
Jenny is surmised by her children, Tina Shortridge (Rick) Mary Noss (Dan) Todd Shortridge (Delenna) Shania Shortridge. Janice had many grand babies, Tyler, Danny, Maryssa, Macy, Mariah, Marylynn & Hunter great grandbabies Austin, Jacqueline, Kayleigh, Evie & Levi.

Jenny was loved by many & feared by all.

Janice Shortridge's life was a testament to the power of love, strength, and dedication. She will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege to know her. As we mourn her passing, we also celebrate her incredible life and the profound impact she had on us all.
