Rosanna Walters

–

Canal Winchester, Ohio

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of my beautiful mother, Roseanna Walters. Born on May 20, 1971, in Columbus, OH, Roseanna, affectionately known as Rosie, left us on May 12, 2026, just a few days shy of her 55th birthday. She had been a resilient pillar of strength throughout her life, showing us the true meaning of determination and perseverance.

Rosie was a loving and supportive mother, daughter, and sister. She was the kind of person whose laughter could light up a room, and her funny stories could make even the gloomiest day brighter. Roseanna worked as an accountant for a produce company for roughly 10 years, and retired from Walmart Canal Winchester, OH, in 2015. She was a great lover of life, and in her spare time, she pursued hobbies such as sewing, cooking, and baking, and yes—she was a gamer! Anyone who knew Rosie knew about her love for video games. Not to mention her adoration for her three cats, who were like her second set of children.

Family meant everything to Roseanna. She was a widow, who's devotion to her only daughter, Tabatha, knew no bounds. Her mother, Glenda Wright, and her brother, Jimmie Wright, survive her, and she was preceded in death by her father, James Wright. As we remember Rosie, we are reminded of the words of Helen Keller, "What we have once enjoyed deeply we can never lose. All that we love deeply becomes a part of us." Indeed, Rosie's memory will forever remain etched in our hearts.

As we celebrate the life of Roseanna Walters, I invite all those who knew and loved her to share their memories and upload photos to her memorial page. Let us remember her not with sorrow, but with the joy and warmth that she brought into our lives.
