Theressa M. Tackett, age 44, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Mount Carmel West Hospital. Preceded in death by parents Dewey and Viola Tackett. Survived by sister, Donna (Ronald) Dillon, of Ohio; brothers, Robert L. Tackett, of Ohio, James (Sheila) Jewell, of Coal Mountain, WV, and Dewey (Suzanne) Tackett, of Davin, WV; nieces, Kelsea, Jaime, Hannah, and Kayla; nephews, Timothy, Isaac, H. Dewey, Zachary, and William; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends; and fiance, Bernard Brooks. She loved each of us, and we will miss her so much. Visitation 5-7 P.M. Thursday, May 26 at Cook & Son-Pallay Funeral Home, where service will be held at 1 P.M. Friday, with burial to follow at Obetz Cemetery.
